At Soeur, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return them for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
